Dr. Sompop Bencharit earned his DDS and Diploma in Prosthodontics from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Bencharit was most recently Professor, Associate Dean for Innovation, and Chief Innovation Officer at the Workman School of Dental Medicine, High Point University. Previously, he served as a Professor and Assistant Dean for Innovation and the Founding Chair of the Department of Reconstructive and Rehabilitation Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Bencharit was the Founding Director of Digital Dentistry Technologies and Director of Clinical Research at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).
